Blachford Acoustics Group Wins Wellness Award for 3rd Year in a Row

Blachford Acoustics Group has been named one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness for the 3rd year in a row. Blachford offers various programs that encourages employees to participate in different wellness activities to promote a healthy lifestyle and well-being.

The award is given out by The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) to companies that prioritize employee health, wellbeing, and workplace culture.  Entries are heavily scrutinized with a unique scoring system to evaluate wellness program effectiveness.

The press release goes on to state that “These companies are leading with intention, investing in the whole person, and creating cultures where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. At a time when wellbeing, resilience, and connection matter more than ever, this year’s winners are setting a powerful example.”

Blachford’s wellness committee helps keep our employees active and accountable.  Blachford believes that a healthy workplace culture starts by its definition, which includes physical, mental/emotional, and financial health.  We strive to provide a holistic approach to a healthy culture that empowers our employees with confidence to bring their whole self to work and leave work being even healthier than they came
