Blachford Acoustics Group Acquires Assets & IP of Melet Fargo

Blachford AM Ltd. is excited to announce the acquisition of the manufacturing equipment and intellectual property of Melet Plastics Inc.’s (Melet) Fargo, North Dakota operations, effective March 7th, 2022. The acquired assets of Melet are being transitioned to Blachford AM Ltd.’s existing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.

Melet is a significant supplier of natural fiber headliners, and their unique processes enable the cost-effective manufacturing of interior parts with integrated duct features for our customers. Blachford will operate out of the Fargo facility during the transition period to ensure continuity of supply to Melet’s former customers.
