West Chicago, IL – Blachford Acoustics Group, a leading provider of noise control and thermal management solutions, announced that Michael Benjamin has assumed the role of Vice President, Commercial, succeeding Mike Pellegrini, who is departing the company.
Michael currently serves as Vice President – Technology & Innovation and QHSE, a position he has held since joining Blachford 2.5 years ago. In his expanded role, he will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Intelligence in addition to his ongoing responsibilities for Technology & Innovation and QHSE.

Michael brings nearly two decades of experience in new product commercialization, product development, innovation, and engineering leadership. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and completed the Chief Product Officer Program at the Kellogg School of Business.
Blachford also recently welcomed Jeff Christians as Commercial Intelligence Manager, further strengthening the company’s commercial analytics and market insight capabilities.
