NBR, PVC Blend Closed Cell Foam

Conasorb VSC3 is a closed cell foam product with excellent moisture resistance and is suitable both as a thermal insulator and as an acoustical decoupler.

Typical Applications:

  • The tough skin of NBR/PVC withstands tearing, rough handling and severe environmental conditions, yet remains flexible for easy installation. The closed cell structure and unique formulation effectively mitigates the flow of moisture vapor, and is considered a low transmittance vapor material
  • Applications include in-cab treatments for commercial, off-highway, and utility vehicles.
  • Can also be used in seals, gaskets and thermal insulation
  • Various foam thicknesses are available.
