Typical Applications
- Pipe Wrapping
- Turbine Blankets
- Engine Exhaust Covers
- Insulation Blankets
Tooling
- Low Cost
- Water Jet
- Steel Rule Die

MilCore
Thermal Insulation Material
MilCore is an extremely lightweight and cost effective thermal insulation. It is a combination of a NBR/PVC closed cell foam and a black spunbond fabric facing. Together these two materials form a composite that can be used in tough environments while still being easy to install and having the ability to conform to various applications.
Features
- Both high and low volume
- Temp Range: -40° to 220°F
- Tensile Strength: 30 psi min
- Density: 3-5 lbs/ft³
Typical Applications
- Cab Insulation
- Protective Padding
- Sport & Leisure
Tooling
- Low Cost
- Water Jet
- Steel Rule Die

MilQuell
Thermal Insulation Material
MilQuell is a new composite where the base is comprised of a white horizontally lapped proprietary fiber blend. It is designed to be a flame blocking/resistant product first, but thanks to the nature of the fiber, the composite also provides good acoustic properties. MilQuell is an extremely versatile material allowing it to be used in a variety of applications. The fiber content can be adjusted to various densities, thicknesses, produced with a pressure sensitive adhesive, and have a facing added to provide further benefits.
Features
- Both high and low volume
- Thickness: 6.0 mm to 25 mm
- Tensile Strength: > 10 N/cm²
- Density: 340 to 1,200 gsm ± 10%
Typical Applications
- Vehicle Engine Bay
- Acoustic & Thermal
- Enclosures
Tooling
- Low Cost
- Water Jet
- Steel Rule Die

MilQuell-MPF
Thermal Insulation Material
MilQuell-MPF is a new composite where the base is comprised of a white horizontally lapped proprietary fiber blend. It can be produced with a variety of pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) for varying mating substrate installation. If needed, MilQuell can be produced with sealed edges using our MilPress process. MilQuell-MPF is provided with a microperforated foil facing.
Features
- Both high and low volume
- Thickness: 0.80 in
- Tensile Strength: > 10 N/cm²
- Mass/Unit Area: 340 gsm to 1200 gsm ± 10%
Typical Applications
